Head lice prevention programs for schools, camps & seminars
Nit B Gone will come to your home for a private & discrete nit and lice removal service. The process takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on infestation.
As a certified nitpicker for public and private schools, Nit B Gone firmly believes in lice prevention! Unfortunately, even the best school nurse simply doesn’t have the time to check every child for head lice.
Over the course of the school year, Nit B Gone will perform quarterly checks per student. The first date is scheduled at the start of the school year, then after school breaks. The sooner we catch the infestation, the sooner we can prevent it from spreading to other students.
The price is $25 per child for 5 head checks throughout the school year.
NIT B GONE will provide head checks to all campers. There is a 25 person minimum and the fee is $20.00 per camper. If it is determined that a camper has lice we can treat on the premises.
The cost of the seminar is $20.00 per person. The seminar can be at a fair, a church, a school, or some-ones house. Nit B Gone provides a one hour seminar which includes a steel lice comb per person with a demonstration of how to check your child and yourself for lice. Lice prevention is our goal! At the end of the seminar there will be a question and answer period to determine what is fact and what is myth about head lice and how to reduce your cleaning efforts.
